When you contact Ray Medicals on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you choose to share — your name, contact number, prescription images and medicine requirements.

How we use it

We use these details only to check availability, prepare your order and respond to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Prescription images stay in the WhatsApp conversation, and a copy is kept with the shop’s bill records.

Who sees it, and sharing

Messages sent to our WhatsApp number are read by Ray Medicals staff at the shop. We do not sell your information or pass it on to anyone else. Messages sent over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
